gift economy
trust | gratitude | reunion
Even after all this time
The sun never says to the earth,
"You owe Me."
Look what happens
with a love like that,
It lights up the Whole Sky.

Working with me in the Gift Economy is simple, rewarding and fun!
I offer you my services as a gift, and I trust that you will regift me what you feel is fair value for my work, when you can.
This is the most original form of economics. Based on trust, it frees us from debt, reuniting us with community, kindness and gratitude.
Consulting in a Gift Economy allows me to fulfill one of my greatest passions: helping people discover their true passions, and building a bridge from where they are now to a sustainable lifestyle they love.
Too often I see big ideas and wild dreams fall aside, not because they are impossible, but because building the bridge requires time, resources, knowledge and most often money.
When we mutually agree to work together, my goal will be to help you build that bridge, toward a successful and sustainable lifestyle you enjoy, without a crippling cost up front.
I trust you will appreciate my time and energy. You may choose to send me a gift of money, or we might arrange a trade. You could also send me referrals, do some good in the world, and love your life. That would make me very happy! Ultimately, I hope we both feel whole.
If you would like to support me, or regift me for a consultation now, you can offer the gift through paypal here:
There are many others functioning successfully in the Gift Economy. We are a growing community; pioneers of the new world, while the old one is in decline. It is an exciting time - I am grateful to be here!
This short film, created by Ian McKenzie, describes the Gift Economy clearly.

My greatest appreciation goes to my family for their undying support of me, regardless of how far I wander. I love you all more than you'll ever know.
A big thank you goes to my friend Seppi Garret who introduced me to Charles Eisenstein, and then sent me to Adrian Hoppel, of Gift Economy Websites. Their work is the main inspiration behind much of my content, and their websites are licensed under the Creative Commons, which allows work to be used anyway one likes. Mine is too, so feel free to copy and paste!

The gift economy represents a shift from consumption to contribution, transaction to trust, scarcity to abundance and isolation to community.
